..... Yes, Ticket Time Inc. accepts AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club/En Route and The JCB Card. A credit card authorization form is available by fax if needed.

..... No, there is no refund or exchanges.  Should the event be cancelled, Ticket Time Inc. will refund the amount of
your order less a 10 % administration fee.

.....Ticket Time Inc. uses same day and overnight couriers to ensure fast and safe arrival of all orders. If you are ordering on the day of an event a 24 hour pick up spot can be arranged and some event tickets can be left for pick-up at the venue box office. We also welcome customers to pick up orders at our office. Arrangements can be made for your order to be sent to a hotel of your choice on the date of check-in.
