I don’t know how you get these type of seats, nor do I care. But I wanted to thank you for letting me buy them from you!

My six guests were extreamly happy and it was a thrill hosting them with the “beat seats in the house” for the Simon and Garfunkel concert.

Consider me “first call” if you ever get these types of seats for any major concert.
